Landlord EICRs, HMO inspections and remedial work across Greater Manchester and Cheshire
We carry out landlord EICRs, HMO inspections and remedial work for private landlords and letting agents across the City of Salford, from apartments at Salford Quays and student lets near the university to terraces in Eccles and family homes in Swinton and Pendlebury. It’s a short trip from our base in Sale along the M60.
Landlords must have the fixed electrical installation in a rented home inspected and tested at least every five years, or sooner if the last report says so. Reports are issued independently, based only on the condition of the installation on the day. Any remedial work is quoted separately once the report is issued, and only if you ask.

HMOs from £210

Find out moreSalford has one of the largest private rented sectors in Greater Manchester. Our work here is mostly apartments around the Quays and MediaCityUK, student and shared houses close to the University of Salford, and Victorian terraces and interwar semis let to families.
Larger shared houses need a mandatory HMO licence, and Salford City Council also runs selective licensing in some neighbourhoods. Check the council’s website for your address.
