We carry out landlord EICRs, HMO inspections and remedial work for private landlords and letting agents across north-east Cheshire, including Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Handforth, Knutsford, Lymm and Congleton.
Landlords must have the fixed electrical installation in a rented home inspected and tested at least every five years, or sooner if the last report says so. Reports are issued independently, based only on the condition of the installation on the day. Any remedial work is quoted separately once the report is issued, and only if you ask.
