We provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for landlords and letting agents in Cheshire. We inspect rental homes across north-east Cheshire for private landlords and the local agents who manage them.
Every inspection is carried out to BS 7671 and reported independently, based only on the condition of the installation on the day. If anything needs putting right, you get a separate fixed quote once the report is issued, and you are free to use any contractor you choose.
