Landlord EICRs, HMO inspections and remedial work across Greater Manchester and Cheshire
We provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for landlords and letting agents in Handforth. Handforth’s rental homes are a mix of older semis and terraces and newer estates, let to families and airport staff.
Every inspection is carried out to BS 7671 and reported independently, based only on the condition of the installation on the day. If anything needs putting right, you get a separate fixed quote once the report is issued, and you are free to use any contractor you choose.
